I started blogging back in 2006 when I was still in college. During that time, blogging was my most effective outlet. It simply worked for me. When I feel sad or low, happy or inspired, and I just had to let my feelings out, I blog. I blog to my heart's content not minding what other people would say or think. I freely expressed my thoughts, unsolicited opinion, sentiments, and even frustrations. I kind of made my life an open book through my blogs. And I was not satisfied with just one blog, I had several (quite a lot, actually), one per social networking site I signed up for (of course there was Friendster!), and one per blog hosting site I knew then (Blogger, Wordpress, Tabulas). Honestly, I have forgotten the URLs of most of those blogs. What I was able to keep (but not updated) were my Blogger, Wordpress, and Multiply accounts. Then came Facebook and Tumblr. And I have totally forgotten about blogging. Well, not totally because I post notes on Facebook and yeah, blog on Tumblr, but I miss real blogging. I mean blogging on Blogger. :)
Coincidentally, or should I say, "Godcidentally", the series of events that happened recently kind of awaken the blogger in me. I was asked to write articles for CFC Ugnayan, I have read many inspiring blogs, and I feel sooooooooooooooo blessed that I had to share my happiness to the people in the world wide web. And so, as a new chapter in my life unfolds, I am rekindling my passion for the pen. I will write again. Not on paper, though, but here in my new home. :)
I originally wanted littlewonders.blogspot/wordpress.com but both URLs are already taken. And so I came up with littlebigwonders.blogspot.com. Because I truly believe that God gives us surprises both in big and small packages. And most of the time, it's the small things, the ones we have the greater tendency not to notice, that really matter. :)
